Enquiries and email
When you contact us, we use the name, email address, telephone number and message you provide to respond and provide the requested service. Website messages are sent through our Hostinger mailbox. Hosting, email providers and authorized website administrators may process information needed to operate the service. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information in enquiry forms.
Domain Watch
Domain Watch collects your name, email address, chosen domain, monitoring consent and consent time. We send an email verification link before activating monitoring. SAM Solutions receives the confirmed request to provide this service. Consent covers monitoring emails only and does not enroll you in marketing.
We check public registry registration status, expiry dates and nameservers approximately daily when the website scheduler runs. We send an update when those public details change. Monitoring does not guarantee availability, ownership or a future registration. The queried domain is sent to the relevant public RDAP registry service; your name and email are not included in that query.
Unconfirmed requests expire after 48 hours. Confirmed monitoring ends after 90 days. Expired watch records are removed during the next scheduled cleanup. The stop-monitoring link in your activation and update emails deletes the live watch record immediately. Email and name are encrypted in the watch database; verification links use stored token hashes. Backup copies and delivered mailbox messages may remain until those copies are removed under their separate retention settings. The service also uses short-lived, hashed request identifiers to limit abuse.
Domain search and research
Domain searches are processed by the availability checker and its configured information services. History lookup sends the requested domain to the Internet Archive. WHOIS lookup sends it to the public registry and, where necessary, its linked registrar RDAP service. These providers have their own processing practices. Archive history may be temporarily cached. Public registrant names returned by our research tool are not saved in that tool's cache.
Analytics and third-party content
The website uses Google Analytics to understand visits, referral sources and interactions. Analytics may use cookies and information about your device and visit. Google Maps, Google reviews and linked social platforms may also process visit or interaction information under their own privacy policies. Your browser's privacy and cookie controls can limit tracking. Administrative sign-in uses WordPress authentication cookies.
Your choices
You can stop Domain Watch using the link in its emails. Contact info@samsolutionsme.com to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or request deletion. We may need to verify the request to protect your information and explain any information that must be retained to resolve a service, security or legal obligation. We may update this notice when website features change.
