Ways we can work together
Choose the delivery approach that fits your team and location. The exact scope, responsibilities and availability are confirmed before a proposal.
Remote consulting and engineering
Review requirements, plan architecture, configure supported systems, troubleshoot, advise on backup and recovery, or work with your internal IT team remotely. International requests are scoped individually.
Physical work by your local team
SAM Solutions does not currently offer direct on-site support. Installation, cabling, racks, network equipment and physical testing require your local installer or IT team. Confirm who performs each task, site readiness and separate costs before agreeing work.
Hybrid project delivery
Combine SAM’s scoped remote planning and configuration with physical work by your local installer or IT team. Responsibilities, handover, availability and charges must be agreed. No approved partner relationship or worldwide installation coverage is assumed.
Infrastructure services and planning areas
Start with the business problem. The assessment determines the design, equipment, licences and work that are actually needed.
Consulting and planning
Unsure what to build or buy? Translate users, applications and constraints into a practical roadmap. A review confirms priorities and reduces avoidable purchases.
New office IT setup
Preparing to open? Plan connectivity, shared applications, devices, access and backup. Assess the premises and internet readiness before installation is scheduled.
Network infrastructure
Slow or unreliable connections? Review wired/Wi-Fi access, switching and routing. Site and traffic assessment guides a suitable design; coverage is verified, not assumed.
Servers and storage
Applications or shared data need a home? Assess capacity, access and availability across suitable local or hosted systems. Workload review helps avoid unnecessary equipment.
Virtualization
Maintaining too many separate systems? Consider consolidating suitable workloads. Compatibility, licensing, capacity and failure impact must be assessed first.
Cloud and hybrid infrastructure
Comparing cloud and local systems? Evaluate application, connectivity, data and operating needs. Assessment clarifies trade-offs and responsibilities before a platform is chosen.
Migration and consolidation
Moving servers, data or platforms? Map dependencies, protect backups, plan rollback and validate the move. A technical assessment defines disruption tolerance and change sequencing.
Modernization and capacity
Aging equipment or growing demand? Compare reuse, upgrades and replacement. Capacity and compatibility checks support a staged roadmap that fits expected growth.
Infrastructure security
Concerned about access or network exposure? Review administration, network boundaries and protection requirements. A scoped assessment identifies controls to verify without inventing a security score.
Backup and disaster recovery
Unsure what can be restored? Define critical systems, recovery order and restore testing. Assess existing coverage and recovery objectives before relying on a backup plan.
Multi-site infrastructure
Branches need consistent access? Plan connectivity, administration, security and staged rollout. Assess users and dependencies by site to avoid a one-size-fits-all design.
Managed infrastructure support
Need ongoing engineering help? Agree remote administration, monitoring, maintenance and escalation responsibilities. Inventory and access review set a clear support scope.

IT infrastructure questions
What is IT infrastructure?
It is the connected technology a business relies on, such as networks, internet access, servers, storage, cloud services, security controls and backup systems.
What is included in an office infrastructure setup?
It depends on the premises and business needs. Planning may cover internet connectivity, wired and wireless networking, user devices, shared applications, servers or cloud, security, backup and support.
Can SAM Solutions help plan a new office?
Yes. We can discuss users, devices, business applications, connectivity and readiness remotely. Physical installation needs an agreed local team and separate responsibilities.
Can you upgrade existing infrastructure?
We can review the current environment, limitations, dependencies and expected growth, then scope suitable modernization or replacement work.
Do you provide remote infrastructure support?
Remote consulting and engineering can be discussed for infrastructure planning, configuration and troubleshooting. International work is scoped individually.
Can you coordinate on-site deployment?
SAM does not currently provide direct on-site support. We can discuss remote planning and guidance for your local installer or IT team. Any coordination scope, performer, availability and charges must be confirmed; no existing partner arrangement is assumed.
Can you support multiple branches?
We can discuss site count, users, connectivity, security, central administration and rollout order. The final design depends on the environment.
Do we need physical servers or cloud infrastructure?
Not necessarily. The right choice depends on applications, data, availability, connectivity, security, skills and ongoing costs. An assessment can compare cloud, on-premises and hybrid approaches.
Can you migrate our existing systems?
Migration planning can cover source and destination systems, applications, dependencies, backup, rollback, downtime tolerance and validation. A migration plan is confirmed before implementation.
How do you reduce migration risk?
By identifying dependencies, protecting data, agreeing a rollback approach, planning a suitable change window and validating agreed functions after the move. No migration is described as risk-free or guaranteed zero-downtime.
Can you help with backup and disaster recovery?
We can discuss critical systems, recovery priorities, existing backups and how restoration should be tested. Recovery objectives need to be confirmed with your team.
Can you work with our internal IT team?
Yes. The scope can include advice, documentation, remote engineering or agreed implementation tasks alongside your team.
How much does infrastructure deployment cost?
Costs depend on the environment, equipment, licences, number of sites, installation scope and support needs. A budgetary estimate or formal quotation requires enough project detail and validation.
How do I request a quotation?
Use the advisor to prepare a preliminary summary or contact SAM Solutions directly. We can confirm the information needed to scope an estimate or quotation.
Can I contact you without completing the advisor?
Yes. Use the Talk to an IT Expert button or contact SAM Solutions directly. The advisor is optional.
